STORAGE

For best results, inoculate the sterilized grain bag as soon as possible. If you don’t get around to inoculating right away, place the grain bag in a cool, dark place until ready to use.

The grain bag is sterilized and impulse sealed - only open the bag when it has completely colonized. Prematurely opening the bag will increase the risk of contamination.
