Our 40 gram bag of premix is all that's needed to create your own liquid culture and makes 1,000mL of broth. 
 
Ingredients:
Dextrose
Light Malt Extract
 
Example 1
If you are using a 500mL mason jar to make liquid culture, we recommend filling the jar to 375mL and using 15g of premix. 
 
Example 2
If you are using a 1L mason (quart) jar to make liquid culture, we recommend filling the jar to 750mL and using 30g of premix. 
 
Instructions
Fill a beaker or mason jar filled with warm distilled water (microwave OK!). Screw on the lid and swirl well to disolve the premix. Avoid shaking to reduce the amount of foam and bubbles that may occur. Unscrew the lid 1/4 turn and sterilize the jar and broth for 30min on High Pressure using a pressure cooker or Instant Pot. Allow the jar to cool to room temperature before inoculating with genetics.
